Jonayed Hossan Gazi
Founder & Lead, Wapka StudioI'm Jonayed — builder, founder, and the person behind Wapka, the website builder people have been publishing on for seven years. What I learned keeping those sites alive is what I bring to client work, directly.
I built the platform first. Then I learned what actually keeps a site alive.
Wapka started because publishing on the web was harder than it needed to be. I built a builder for people who had never touched code — and then spent seven years on the other side of the problem: the DNS that breaks at 2am, the plugin nobody updated, the site with no backup until it needed one.
That is the part nobody sells you. Templates are cheap; keeping a website fast, secure and online for years is the actual work. It is also the only work worth charging for.
So the studio is personal by design. I take the first call, scope the work, and stay accountable for what ships. A small senior team works beside me, but you always know who owns the outcome.
“The best tools are invisible — they get out of your way and let you create.”
The standard Wapka Studio is held to as well. Good work should not need a manual.
Not a salesperson in front of the people doing the work.
I stay on the technical side of every engagement — the part that decides whether a project survives its first year.

Where the experience comes from.
Built and runs the platform end to end — the builder, the CDN and file services, payments, deployment and on-call. Everything the studio promises clients was first tested on Wapka's own infrastructure.
Client work around Linux VPS setup and migration, Docker and Nginx stacks, server hardening, performance cleanup and automation. The same hands-on work the studio sells, delivered under another roof.
Self-hosted services, monitoring and log pipelines, backups that get restored — plus the documentation and guides that make the work repeatable.
