What does it cost?
Every service is scoped individually. You get a written proposal with a fixed price (and a monthly option where it makes sense) before anything starts. Builder plans are the only fixed-price product.
How fast do you reply?
Within 1 business day on every request. If a live site is down or taking no orders, we respond within 4 hours.
Can you take over a site built by someone else?
Yes — migrations and rescues are a normal request. We back up first, document what exists, and tell you honestly whether to fix or rebuild before you spend money.
